The delivery of all our products to the UK is free! This means that as long as the delivery address is within the UK you will not pay anymore than the price of the item/s you are purchasing.
Are there any exclusions?
No, our free UK delivery includes Northern Ireland, the Highlands and Islands and the Channel Islands.
What's the catch?
There is no catch, we like our customers and don't want to charge them anything in addition to buying from us. Just like we wouldn't if we were a physical shop and you walked in and bought something.
Do you deliver overseas?
Yes. But we are unable to offer free delivery to our overseas customers. There is a flat charge of £9.99 to EU countries and £14.99 International. There is an option to select these delivery charges at check out.
How long does delivery take?
We aim to dispatch within 5 working days on received payment (cheques will have to clear first) by First Class Royal Mail but please allow up to 10 working days for receipt just in case. Examples of occasions where delivery may take longer than 10 working days are peak periods and circumstances beyond our control such as postal strikes and extreme weather etc and when items are made to order.

We request that customers open boxes and check their order immediately on receipt for damage, shortages or errors. Claims of this type will be only be accepted within three days of receipt. Please contact Caving-Gear within this time to discuss any concerns you may have. (In the event that goods need to be returned, they must be in an unopened and unused condition.)
No-Quibble 21-day Refund
We're sure you'll be happy with your Caving-Gear goods, but if you change your mind for whatever reason, you can return the goods to us (at your cost) in an unopened and unused condition within 21 days for a full product refund. No questions asked. (This excludes items which have been specially made for you.)
We aim to process refunds within three working days and will normally refund your money via the means originally paid but may at our choice send you a cheque.
In the case of exchange, postage will be charged for re-delivery of exchanged item.
Faulty Goods Refund
We guarantee all our products against defect for six months from the date of purchase. Should any of our products fail within this time, please contact us to discuss and then send it back (postage costs will be reimbursed) so that we can provide a replacement or refund.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
